Prof. Dr. Nabila Soomro is the first Gold Medalist Civilian Physiatrist with a Fellowship degree in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is the Executive Director at the Sindh Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (SIPMR), President of Pakistan Society of PMR and Secretary of the PMR faculty at the College of Physicians and Surgeons.
